Siri Botched Jailbreak
Apple won’t be pleased to know that its new flagship app, Siri voice control, has now been hacked to allow it to run on a jailbroken iPhone 4 or 3GS. At this stage only the dictation capability has been ported – search and navigation components of Siri are still giving crackers problems.
Siri’s voice recognition technology was one of the main selling points of the iPhone 4S upgrade so Apple will be glad that the new crack is giving hackers and jailbreakers a hard time. Hey, we got free dictation app… Check out the video to see what all the fuss is about.
