SkyFire browser for iPhone

Now you can have a browser for iPhone that can handle flash videos! Introducing the SkyFire browser! It has been a long 2 months ever since the 2.0 version of SkyFire has been submitted for approval and after much waiting game, it has finally arrived. You can now play flash videos-well, kind of. Since the device restricts the Flash content, the only way to go around this is to have a browser that transcodes the video in a way that the phone can only see HTML 5. Due to bandwidth concerns, the video is compressed up to 75 %. Because of this, flash is the only thing supported by the browser. You can get this now for $2.99.
I am not sure if it’s now back in the store as last time I checked it was sold out. No news on its adaptation to iPad either.
