Apple got the highest ranking at the latest study from JD Power regarding customer satisfaction on smartphones. According from the JD Power press release, Apple got the highest rank with a score of 795. they particularly topped aspects like OS, ease of use, design and features. Motorola ranked 2nd with a 763 rating which is followed suit by HTC with an almost clinching 762. This is the 5th time that Apple topped the said rating study. It only shows that the Apple iPhone maybe hyped by a lot of people and editors alike and competition may be fierce but they actually deliver (well, according to studies).
