Apple to give up source code of iPhone 4S to Samsung

Samsung and Apple battle continues as Apple made sure that Samsung Galaxy 10.1 gets banned in Australia. Samsung perhaps in retaliation demands that Apple gives up their iPhone 4S source code believing that there are many infringements of Samsung patents.

Qualcomm’s license to use their MDM6610 in iPhone 4S is solid however.

Justice Annabel Bennett presiding over these court hearings in California recently blocked Apple’s demands to have all Samsung tablets in Australia banned.

Time will tell what this havoc brings to customers. It is of couse sad that Auzies cannot get their hands on Samsung Galaxy 10.1.
